Dear writer,
I would like you to write a research proposal about this title:
The effects of using a Gluten-Free diet on Celiac Patients in Saudi Arabia.
This study will be done in one of Saudi Arabia’s hospitals.
The methodology of this research is by randomly chosen of celiac diagnosed patients and following their blood tests from the hospital medical records.
In this research, the names or any personal details of participants won’t be revealed. We target around 100 patients, randomly chosen from paediatrics and adults.
In this research, we will study the effects of using a gluten-free diet on the GI by monitoring laboratory tests* for each patient separately before and after using the gluten-free diet for a period ranging from 3 to 6 months.
The goal is to determine the extent of using gluten-free impacts on patients and its effectiveness to reduce the complications of rich gluten food intake.
The effects of using gluten-free not only on the blood tests antibodies but also included the side effects of Celiac such as diarrhoea, Iron deficiency etc.
_______________
* Many people with celiac disease don’t know they have it. The blood test can help diagnose it:
– Serology testing looks for antibodies in the blood. Elevated levels of certain antibody proteins indicate an immune reaction to gluten.
If the results of these tests indicate celiac disease, the doctor will likely order the Endoscopy test:
This test uses a long tube with a tiny camera that’s put into the mouth and passed down the throat (upper endoscopy). The camera enables the doctor to view the small intestine and take a small tissue sample (biopsy) to analyze for damage to the villi and confirm the diagnosis.

– Use in-text citations, please.
– I prefer using Saudis or Arab references first, then the global reliable references.
– In the methodology section, determine what is the best type of research method for this study? (Cohort study, case study…etc??)
