Final Project Summary of Tasks
The final project will require students to partner with an outside organization and analyze the current legal and ethical systems that are in place. Students will need to apply information learning during the term to recommend new frameworks and strategies for the organization to use in order to improve their legal and ethical standards if needed. The submissions for the final project will include a written report and a presentation.
By partnering with outside organizations and practicing the application of frameworks and strategies the student will have an opportunity to prove learning and course objective mastery through experiential learning.

Final Paper: (60 pts) Submitted Monday of Finals Week
Your final paper must be submitted in APA format. Your paper should be between 3-5 pages and include a minimum of 5 scholarly references. You will be graded on writing clarity, organization, spelling, and grammar.
Abstracts are not required for this assignment, and an assignment rubric is available in Canvas.
Your paper should address the following:
Describe the organization and their role
Describe the role of legal issues and ethics within the organization
Describe the marginalized populations the organization works with, and considerations that need to be made to conduct work ethically within these groups
Describe current methods and frameworks for working through different legal and ethical issues within the organization
Make reccomendations for legal and ethical frameworks within this organization
Any other information that might be relevant to professionals working in this field/organization
